How long does it take you to edit photos?
Normally I am able to edit photos pretty quickly, but please expect your galleries no sooner than two weeks from your photo shoot. If I don't have too many galleries to edit, you will have your photos back by the end of a week, but otherwise, please don't worry about your gallery until over two weeks have passed.
What types of photos do you take?
What do you need!? I take family photos, senior photos,
Will you revise photos?
For any project I start, three revisions are included in my cost and process. For more than three revisions a fair price will be decided upon based upon the revision that is asked for.
What do I get back after my photo session?
Yes I do design merchandise! Normally when I think about designing merchandise, I mean that I can design the logo and then fit it to specifications that will work well on particular merchandise, but if you have something else in mind, I'm sure we can work together to figure out how to get you what you need.
Will you work for free or for trade?
I will not work for free. I will in most cases not work for trade, but if that is all that you can offer, reach out to me and I can see what we can do. I make no promises that I will take your trade and you may have to pay or find a different designer, but I will at least listen to your offer.
Do you do sample work?
I do not do sample work. I have quite a few different designs in my portfolio and if you do not like what you see, you will not like sample work. I do offer revisions, but only three are included in the price of a project.
What files will I get?
After the final edits have been made and approved, you will get a PDF and a PNG depending on the project type. If you need the packaged project or other file types, we can communicate about that.
What do you need from me?
From you, I will need any content that you want to have included in the design, a general idea, and any rules or values that you may want implemented. For example, if you want a logo and your company values team work and the brand colors are blue and orange, I would need to know that so that I could implement it into the design.
What is your prior experience?
I have four years of experience as a designer and photographer working towards my degree along with many freelance designs and photography sessions for small businesses or network connections.
